RETURN POLICY

All merchandise sales are final. Exchanges will be allowed only in the case of a manufacture defect.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your payment for service (player fees, tournament fees, tryout fees, etc.) up to 14 calendar days before service is scheduled to occur.  If a service is cancelled a full refund will be provided in accordance with our REFUND POLICY.

 

REFUND POLICY

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the purchased item and the original form of payment as cash.

 

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise or service was purchased on.

 

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mailed check.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Online merchandise orders can be shipped or picked up at a Grand Rapids Storm event.  Shipping options must be selected at the time of order and charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
